It is a great example of the new truth that brutal honesty is refreshing. Now perhaps this is a bit over the top but if there is one thing we have noticed about the social computing revolution is the way it is forcing people to be more honest with each other. Company to consumer, politician to constituent, even friend to friend.... if you care about generating advocacy then brutal, collaborative honesty is one sure fire way to do it. So as you're chuckling at the video also be thinking about how to surprise your customers, family and friends with the refreshing truth. - Tim Callington
