I was just thinking how Ray Ozzie is trying to lead the company to a right path but other execs suck. Ray Ozzie is the most outsider guy on his level. Microsoft culture is based on being Bill Gates. They invented their employee selection method to find copies of Bill Gates according to Bill. Outsiders are what Microsoft need, but they treat new joiners as entry-levels. - Burcu Dogan
