If you ask any golf pro or golf junkie, he will tell you that the most important thing a good golfer must learn is to perfect his swing. That is where all the game comes from. In order to drive that ball far and deep onto the golf course, the player must perfect the four components of his golf swing. They are the backswing, downswing, ball strike and the follow-through. Practicing the swing takes hours on the driving range or the golf course and if you are not physically fit to engage in the sport, you might incur injuries that can be both painful and detrimental to your golfing career. So, to avoid any liabilities, you must do some good old reliable golf stretches before you step on the greens or even before working out.
