вот интересно, я никакой не Бернанке, но у меня этой осенью закончился пятилетний ARM который не то чтобы exploded, а наоборот упал на 1% и составляет сейчас 3.5%. насколько я знаю большинство ARM считаются от libor +~2% и у Бернанки тоже должно быть что-то похожее. либо он просто какой то невероятный лох что изначально взял плохой ARM либо тут что то не то

Единственная моя версия (в комментах там тоже про это писали) - это то, что у него было что-то экзотическое - Option ARM, например.
