Homeownership can be a Nightmare - http://www.calculatedriskblog.com/2009...
Avevo fatto qualche considerazione qui (http://www.cyberdany.com/blog...) ma non so ancora decidermi fra rent or buy - Daniele Della Seta
- Tito Costa from email

Re: Rimetti a noi i nostri debiti - http://www.cyberdany.com/blog...
- Tito Costa

Re: Infinite SMS ends the text messaging rip-off. Sort of - http://venturebeat.com/2009...
"Our mobile web application btexty allows to send text messages as well as multimedia messages, internationally, starting at 1 cent per message. We think that low prices per message avoid spam and abuse and allow us to cover our operating expenses to run the service. Furthermore, you will never see banners and mobile advertisement on btexty." - Tito Costa

Re: Text Messaging and a $130 billion profit pool waiting to be disrupted - http://titocosta.tumblr.com/post...
"Email, as all free messaging tools, has a noise problem. I noticed that, although most of my friends and colleagues have smartphones with wireless emails, that did not substitute my use of text messaging when I need to send an important, urgent message. The fact that mobile messaging costs strictly more than 0 reduces the noise of the communication channel and that is a value by itself." - Tito Costa

Re: When will housing bottom? - http://www.avc.com/a_vc...
"That's an interesting analysis. I'll share what the situation is in Milan downtown, where prices have not really started falling yet. Excluding premium neighborhoods where house prices have reached €8k-10k per sqm (or about $1k-1.25k per sqf), an average house sells at a price of about €4000 per sqm. The same house can be rented at €16-20/sqm per month or €240/sqm per year for a 5-6% yield (gross of any tax and maintenance). In order to reach a 9% yield, house prices will have to fall to about €2500 per sqm or about 40%. In doubt, I think I'll wait." - Tito Costa
