These look really good, but also really labor/time intensive. I made black bean patties in about 20 minutes the other day, cook and prep time, and it would have been quicker if the food processor hadn't decided to malfunction. Simple solution - canned black eyed peas. Still a very tasty sounding recipe. - Tom Hanna
