"Hey, thanks Dillon! I just compared the photo of my legs here to month #15 and it's actually quite a difference. I'm surprised. I've had the same routine for my legs from the beginning: 5km walk every day. I throw a little cycling in there too, 10-20km rides. I probably *should* be doing more weight resistance with my legs because my upper body will only get so big if my legs plateau.
