"Nicholas, I don't *think* it matters where you live to get birth certificate changes made---the important thing is where you were born. Have you been in touch with the powers that be in BC to inquire about this? Don't quote me on this but I think BC's requirements are 1 year HRT, top surg + hysto. (Same as Quebec.)"
