I am NOT a morning person, so 7 am meetings with a 45 min drive to get there is brutle, just brutle!!! And on mornings that are rainy, cold and foggy just add insult.

Little Boo Boo is back. Up a tree without a paddel right off the patio. Our banging and gun shot just pushed him up further. Don't know where Mama Boo Boo is but I'm sure she'll be along shortly.
Well, Mike and I slept like babies but those persistent bears kept right on coming. The dogs just went and hid. All bird feeders demolished and they got a couple of hanging plants along the way. They were right under my bedroom window and we didn't budge!!
Little Boo Boo was hanging around all afternoon and eating the bird feed. Just now Little Boo Boo and Big Mama Boo Boo were chased up the tree in our front yard by the dogs. Getting just a little too close!
Been thinking about calling for a FB party in the Colville, WA park sometime this summer. Anyone think this is a good idea besides me???
Oh, what day! It sure didn't go the way as planned but not a bad thing...a good thing(s)! New project at home got under way, too. Closing, accepted offer, and wrote 2 offers...to be continued....................Oh, and sun all day!!!!!
The sun is shining brilliantly through the rain downpour. Rainbows?? But I want that pot of gold...I guess we all do. But life's good just the way it is...yes sireee!!
Took advantage of the beautiful sunny day to do yard work and my body is absolutely SCREAMING at me!! But the yard looks good! Hung up our old antique cast iron sinks (they were actually in this house when I moved here 10 yrs ago) and they are now our new planters on the garden fence. Love 'em!!
So, so excited!! Going to visit my daughter and grandkids in a couple of weeks out east, a long time dear friend coming to visit the humble cabin for the first time, and loving life!! Closing on a "double dipper" beautiful home. It's all good!! Think positive, life is too short not to.

Productive day...floors all scrubbed and clean, laundry done, shopping online for spring accessories, furniture rearranged, hair colored and spiffy, now I'm just waiting on sellers to respond to offer made at 1 am Saturday morning!

The humming birds love my pink glasses on top of my head. Had about 10 flying around so close and the sound was marvelous!!

The weather turned out WAY better than predicted!!! No bad hair day, found beautiful water view property...we'll see, got home early, planted flowers, brought out the rest of the greenhouse, and friends for drinks on the patio!! Now that is a perfectly fabulous day!!!!!
It's going to be a bad hair day when you have to show large acreage in the rain. The positive is that I'm going to be with terrific clients showing them my beautiful part of the world!
Nothing better than sitting on my swing with coffee in hand watching the sun rise, birds singing and bathing with my gardens blooming and the mountains rejoicing the dawning of this beautiful day!! Now off to go to work with renewed energy.
Mike's pulling out the chain saw again!! Here's to the new planter he's going to make for us. Planted annuals, did some work, made showing appointments for Sunday, all in all, a very good Realtor day!!
