"Oh Cookie. It's obvious that you are either friends with the filmmakers or you are just a huge supporter of the film. Regardless, you were brought here via Stockholm Syndrome. 1. Thanks for visiting. 2. Thanks for listening to all 72 episodes of my show - well, I'm just assuming you have because of the "poor taste in horror films." comment. Let me know what your favorite horror films are. Maybe we can review a film together this month since I'm doing listener appreciation month. Look, like I said in the review..indie to no-budget filmmaking is a tough sell. You really need to hit a home run with the story and other attributes to detract viewers from some of the production values. Take "Blair Witch" for example. It's one of my favorite films..yet it had horrible production values - it was filmed on Hi-8 - yet the story propelled. Also, if you listened to the show instead of the review, you would know not only did I run an advert for Wicked Pixel Cinema - an indie company just like 4th..."

"It's a trailer. Lure the people that are not-in-the know and wow them with the film. That is the vibe I get from this. I think the film will still speak for itself and it still remains on my "Can't Wait" list. It's a greenband trailer, not RedBand. I have a feeling that Lionsgate is still trying to figure out how to market the film."

"I don't think Kent is trying to teach any lessons here. He is simply commenting in the last paragraph on the rough cut that he saw at the Fest and offering suggestions on ways he thinks the film might flow better. Suggestions are always welcome. If it means anything, it is hard to review a film that is still a Work In Progress and I think Kent put that paragraph in there as a sort of negoitation that the film might have some potential if edited. Personally, I wouldn't "review" a film that is a work in progress for the same fact that I wouldn't make a decision on my whether I dig a CD when it isn't mastered."

"I'm not sure if Netflix is picking it up for rent, as I doubt the other rental chains will. But if you are interested, I can definitely say that with a 12 pack of beer and some friends, it would be worth a rental."

"Oh son of a bitch. Did I say that? Now I'm going to have to listen to my show. I know it is a DC comic character and was reminded of that at the Fan Expo in Canada last weekend no less. I have failed you."

"Ah...sitting on the floor. That is when you know you are vested to find something interesting. I used to do that all the time. I would just set shop in the middle of the aisle while my went grocery shopping and read over all the descriptions and I looked at all the pictures."

"You know...I had a feeling she was going to get picked. Why? Because, she was the worst. Honestly, if that is any indication, my expectations to have a decent remake have plummeted."

"I love Heil/Klimek's 'One Hour Photo' score. It hit all the right, pardon the pun, notes. Haunting yet beautiful. I might go back and analyse the Land of the Dead score."

"Ravenous is a great score as well. I might follow up with this and post my top 10 horror scores. Thanks for the kudos...I miss that theme soooo much. I tried to dirty it up as well to make it vintage. :)"

"The first Evil Dead really creeped me out as a kid. Looking back on it, I wonder why ED 2 didn't freak me out more. Thanks for the comment."

"I am super excited for this film. Check out the original short film: [youtube A80e_c9GjRY http://www.youtube.com/watch... youtube] Also, I'm psyched about the QR code (bottom right hand corner) they have on the poster. If you get a QR Reader, you can see an exclusive video."
