Would FriendFeed apps be better as a ticker like snackr? Almost seems like the perfect way to keep track.

My "ticker" is the Friendfeed bot at MojiPage http://mojipage.com/pages/bot/ with the "/noise 2" setting.

I'd be open to trying that for sure. I'm sure we could plug the feed for our FF pages into Snackr, literally. Don't know how well it would render tho.

Yeah I think the FF feed into Snackr might lose value. Just looking at twhirl's FF output, made me realize that is more of an updating stream that should scroll.
