Bones-POV. McCoy would find Kirk’s incessant attempts to set him up on dates less exasperating if he wasn’t also having to hide the fact that he already knows who he wants: Kirk.

Spock exhibits increasingly strange behavior after a transporter malfunction and Jim wants to know why. Good thing nature has a flair for revealing the most asinine of secrets.

McCoy forces Kirk and Spock to write an ongoing list of things they like about each other. Kirk doesn’t know if he’ll be able to make his weekly quota. At least, not at first.

Kirk is court-martialed when he is unable to prove that he did not cause the murder of a crewman. Six months later, the charges are lifted and Kirk takes command again, but now he must contend with both his new unflattering waistline and the torrid love affair between Spock and Admiral Pike.

Inspired by Circle Yes or No by BrighteyedJill. When even your mother thinks you should just bang him, you may have a problem. Jim's not sure if he wants to take the chance of ruining one of the few good things he has.

This is not exactly what Jim thought the 'exploring strange new worlds and exotic civilizations' was about. Also, Vulcans are kind of crazy. Jim and Spock go through a alien ritual, which, yes, changes everything -- he's hoping for the better. Spock just wants to get through this with his sanity, if not his dignity, mostly intact.
