It's about to be 4 years ago my 1 year older brother died. The brother I shared the sleeping room and my whole childhood with. This I remember is the song of him & his wife, their togetherness... R.E.M. - You Are the Everything.
1st Album I ever bought. Favourite number coming from it. (at the end I automatically hear the sounds of Neon Lights, and I even don't have to play that number for it). (Thx Kevin for helping remembering this :-))
Say goodbye / I won't cry / Old friend, see you again / I know / Must go / See red, sore head / Alone here / Alone there / I'm alone everywhere / Say goodbye / I won't cry / Old friend, see you again //.
Another find: Armenia - Traditional Armenian Music: Surp Surp. I really don't know who's performing this. I found a video on YouTube though with the same song, but then being performed with strings: http://www.youtube.com/watch...
I've been searching for this album quite a long time. Today it finally arrived. And although I never heard a sound of it before, I had been reading somewhere it should be good, I wasn't dissapointed a bit. Glad I've been patient.
When my brother died, I placed all his favourite songs, selected by some of his friends, on my blog. I got an angry mail from his wife: those songs were his. I still believe that's not true. So here is one.
