I don't see any reason it wouldn't make sense, let alone "any more". People with open relationships that are working obviously have a high level of trust in each other and a very health amount of self-confidence. I personally would be very insecure if my guy took an interest in someone else. - Heather

for me, i need to be in a monogamous relationship. if it's a relationship, it's gotta be that way. just my feelings on this. if others can hang with open terms, that's cool. but my girl is my girl is my girl. and i'm her guy all the way, or not at all. and there is currently an opening in the 'my girl' position. apply within. - Morgan

Great comments! Open relationships (not talking Polyamory or Polygamy or any of the Polys) take about the same amount of work as a Mono relationship. I really haven't noticed much difference in the "work" factor. It's also not a "lazy" way out of commitment. Obviously it requires more trust and communication to pull off. - ‘-.-’ Tutivillus Grift
