I think that Twitter's logic is that as long as you can post tweets via the web interface, Twitter is up. Now I'm just sitting here and waiting to see what they remove next.

We need percentages for upness or downness. Without IM, replies, public timeline, or archives, and with the API capped at 10/hour, let's say that it was 20% up.

I wonder if Dave Winer's uptime graph is ready for viewing. Seems like everytime I get ready to use Twitter, it's down or broken.

I haven't been on Twitter in a while. I can tell it's down by the messages here. Hopefully things will improve in a couple of weeks.
