"Last week, we related the incredibly true story of a correction that the Washington Post had to run after they published an article reporting rap legends Public Enemy referred to September 11th as "a joke," when in reality they were referring to emergency number 9-1-1 -- a mistake that could have been avoided if anyone had bothered to know what they were talking about.
