"Jesus. A panicked teabagger called up C-SPAN in tears today, worried that he accidentally killed Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe by praying for Democratic Sen. Robert Byrd to die. This is one of the saddest things ever to appear on C-SPAN."

"You might have heard that Republican Senator Tom Coburn urged health care reform opponents on Sunday to pray for 92 year-old Byrd to die so that Democrats would be a vote shy of the 60 needed to break Republicans' filibuster. This is not prayer. It's black magic. And people who believe in magic are, at the risk of generalizing, generally idiots. Like this Teabagger, who attempted to magick Byrd into the grave per Coburn's requests. But he got worried when it was actually his guy, Republican Senator Jim Inhofe, who didn't show up to the vote this morning. Did Byrd have a Democratic Amulet of Protection that caused the magic missile to ricochet off and hit Inhofe instead!?"

Maybe they should go back to showing an empty House floor and stop taking calls.

Maybe a 900 foot tall Oral Roberts will appear to him and tell him whose death to pray for next.

Also, is it just me or are there "just too many" similarities between Teabaggers and the Taliban? 1) Both start with the letter "T"; 2) both factions want set the clock back to simpler times that better fit their agenda (6+ decades for the Teabaggers & and 6+ centuries for the Taliban); 3) both invoke God to suit their ends rather than the other way around... I'm sure there's more, but I'm still waking up.
