Just reimported some video that apparently encoded improperly making it choppy to watch in Final Cut.
Two nice purchases today. A cheap pair of Philips headphones to replace my pair with 1/2 a working earbud & a beanbag chair for my son.
@turoczy Darn. I was away from the computer too long and missed it. Another reason to love podcasts.

Finished editing Being Healthy for Busy People for release tomorrow. Time to start dumping video into Final Cut for editing later.
@erinely Agreed on all of those. We stick to organic when we get it at all & like I said, we go with fermented soy (tempeh).
@erinely Us either. Our soy use is pretty much limited to tempeh. The non fermented soy has some health issues if over consumed.
@shawno I believe it. I've had a whole phone conversation w/someone that woke me up & didn't remember a thing later when they brought it up.
@erinely I had no idea, but we don't use soy milk anymore. That was poorly handled by Dean though.

@ARoadRetraveled Food cooked in the local water is fine if the water gets hot enough. If the water boils, it's definitely fine bacteria-wise
@ARoadRetraveled Not sure I read that right. You should avoid ice in areas with bad water.

@freehrm Can't remember the last time I had kimchi. I'll have to try it again before I throw it on a pizza, but I'll consider it. :)
@freehrm I thought that might be it, but you never know. There are a lot more nonmainstream restaurant options these days.
After I remove some noise form the video, I'm going to have to rig something to cut down wind noise in the future.
Trying to figure out the best way to cut down the wind noise in this out door video I shot w/the flip.
@HeatherWelliver Maybe, but then what's the point in teaching an alphabet missing letters? Might be worse than not having the song.
