What are the advantages of having a proprietary social network on corporate site vs. a Twitter link or update widget on site?
Internal corporate social networks, like IBM Beehive, are disrupting corporate politics, hierarchies & command structures.
Is moving kids photos from cubicle to internal social network exposing private info too widely? Identity theft risks? Employee trolling?
Would you put the same information on corporate internal social network that you do on Twitter? Or be more reserved? Less political?
Is it wise for corporate internal social networks to allow employees to share personal trivia like photos of kids?

Corporate internal social networks are also a goldmine for hackers seeking intimate information on employees & operations.
Would sharing private info, family, political views, favorite films, etc. impair the real objectives of corp. internal socnet?

Exposure of mediocrity, poor managerial performance, policy violations = positive result of corporate internal social networks.
