If only everyone on Twitter didn't think this meant every Apple store. U.S. Apple store is still up. This pretty much solidifies the 3G iPhone announcement.

I guess Apple's web crew isn't too sure about how to edit the site so they took it down just to be safe :P

I feel bad for all the people wanting to buy an ipod connector or power supply etc. and can't because an online store has to be taken “down” for updates. I remember laughing at Walmart when they did this. We should be laughing at Apple too.
