Hey cool! That was shot in my home town. I had just finished a commercial for the Space Museum (where Space Camp exists) and got to meet Kate Capshaw on the set of that movie.

Actually, the camping in LOTR was one of the things I liked the most when I first read it as a teen in the 80s. Great escapism. Made me want to travel the world on foot.

not to be an arse... but I notice that you didn't click those very important political asides, but DID click the "pregnant skydiver falls 50 feet to asphalt" link... which means: it isn't CNN's fault that the public wants to read more about pregnant skydivers (and pregnant sisters of controversial head shavers)... they are catering to the common denominator...and, if they didn't (unfortunately), there would be no more cnn.com

When I lived in S.F., there were 52 Starbucks within *2 miles* of my house. A yp.yahoo.com search shows there's still ~40.

Does anyone else ever notice that when the news starts talking about ways to save some extra money the first thing they tell you to do is ditch the $5 cup of coffee every morning. I don't think that advice helped Starbucks any.
