@blimunda mi sono lasciato andare fino a toccare il fondo :) prima ero sempre li' a contarle 6-7, domani smetto, ecc. era una fissazione! Poi un bel week end di devastazione: alcol, ancora alcol e 3 pacchetti al giorno. Alla fine del trattamento mi sono svegliato e mi sono detto: "Non si puo' andare avanti cosi'". Lasciato il pacchetto iniziato in macchina, mai piu' toccata una sigaretta. Passati 6 anni ;)

Il massimo del piacere, ma anche della difficoltà è fare come Elisa...Non dipendere dalle sigarette...ma scegliere di volta in volta come dove e quante fumarne..Gestirle e non farci gestire da 'loro'....Secondo me sette o dieci sigarette 'godute' al giorno...fanno solo bene!!!!

Io se provo a fumarne una ricomincio lo so. Quindi, rifiuto sempre. L'unico problema mio è la seconda birra. Dopo la seconda birra io ho voglia di fumare. Se ci penso mi fa incazzare.

fumarne 1 o 2 al giorno sarebbe il mio ideale, ma non ce la farò mai. Se ho il pacchetto, lo finisco. Per me dovrà essere un taglio netto, mi sa.

beh, o sono facilmente condizionabile (in linea generale no, e a smettere di fumare ci ho provato più volte) oppure funziona davvero, basta seguire ciò che dice. Vero, a volte sembra mancare un qualcosa quando sei al pub e tutti escono per la sigaretta, ma gli schiavi sono loro, non tu!

@Le Favà, quella voglia di fumare che hai è quella che abbiamo anche noi mai fumatori. È una voglia più culturale che altro, è il fatto che siamo costantemente bombardati di messaggi positivi sul fumo (tranquillizza, hai qualcosa da fare con le mani, dopo la birra/il caffè/il ciapelchelghè ci vuole la sigaretta ecc.). È il motivo per cui molti iniziano a fumare. Non credere che in un società in cui fumare è "normale" quella sorta di voglia lì non prenda anche i non fumatori. ^_^

io fumavo Havana (e mi ero fatto una discreta conoscenza, tanto da volerci investire), specialmente 2 anni fa quando smisi (dalle sigarette) per la prima volta per 6 mesi. Ora che ho smesso di nuovo mi ritrovo con un humidor con dentro 8 cubani (dimensioni sia piccole che grosse, di varie vitolas), ma con una paura matta di accenderne 1!

@Alice Twain credo che per fumatori od ex tali la voglia di fumare non sia solo culturale ma reale. Da sempre si fuma per rilassarsi: vedi i Maya, gl'indiani d'America, ... e che il fumo abbia effetti positivi e' innegabile (per es. i fumatori non vengono colpiti dall'Alzheimer perche' la nicotina migliora le connessioni neurali fino al 200%); peccato che ne abbia anche molti negativi :(

@Alice Twain hai ragione, errore mio: fumando il rischio di contrarre l'Alzheimer (ed il morbo di Parkinson) si riduce notevolmente (oltre il 50%) ma non sparisce del tutto.

IMVHO, what's responsible of this are sites like digg & co... Users kept that desire to be number #1 for well, for NOTHING actually. I honnestly don't follow many of the top a-list matadors and even blocked some. Not that I "hate" them or something... They just don't bring as much as value as many of my "simple" friends. I have fun, learn stuff, listen to great music, have adorable exchange with these people and I love them.

Jandy, the idea behind the second set of commentaries on the set were to help explain the differences in language and such for an American audience. So they got some "big name" celebs to step in and do a couple of episodes with Pegg and Wright each. They didn't work out so much. The original commentaries are still there, and are still awesome.

Sul fatto che sia una disgrazia, dipende dal lato in cui la guardi. L'empatia non funziona solo per la sofferenza, ma anche per la gioia...è meraviglioso poter godere delle fortune altrui, lo dico per esperienza!

Aggiungo benzina, Lie to me. Mica facile sgamare subito chi ti sta mentendo o sta mentendo in genere. Quoto Sybelle per la maggior parte delle volte, non sapendo a volte (spesso) si sta meglio :)

Marco, certo, ci sono anche gli aspetti positivi. Eppure l'empatia viene fuori maggiormente nelle situazioni un po' critiche: sai quando ti accorgi che una persona ti sta mentendo e lo sai, lo sai benissimo, eppure questa continua a dire falsità? Si percepisce, è palpabile. E, appunto, spesso risulta una disgrazia.
