"There are at least two distinct forms of sexual harassment, as defined in U.S. law. First, there is quid pro quo harassment (e.g., sleep with me or you're fired or won't get that promotion). Second and much harder to define, there is the hostile workplace form of sexual harassment. This is where the Playboy might fit, where co-workers telling dirty jokes would fit, etc. In part, the idea with this one is that a workplace has fostered (or at least ignored) a culture where this sort of thing is permitted and results in emotional harm to an employee or employees.
