Keep in mind this isn't THE way to make Xbox games... as the headlines all indicate... it's A way. You can also use XNA to develop games for yourself, and submit them for review by peers, and sale on Xbox Live Indie Games (it used to be known as Community Games and still shows up on the console with that name.) - Wade Dorrell
But if you are <8yrs old, it's probably THE way. - Wade Dorrell
Hotmail has drag-and-drop labeling! Wait no, that's drag-and-drop to a folder. Now multi-touch drag-and-drop labeling, that'd be something.

Love the new Helvetica FriendFeed theme. Newspaper-esque.
Note that I totally bagged on Gmail themes when they released. But those weren't making any statement except for "we're scraping the bottom of the bucket when it comes to improving email". The helvetica theme for FF says something about where news comes from (Helvetica is/was a common news heads font.) - Wade Dorrell
@jjhall Sure, but even still the commute alteration doesn't compare. Also, here I can put my bike on the greenbelt & not be affected at all.
@cwbrandsma Wish I could've hit the geek lunch... but I've got a multi-timezone-optimized meeting that's chafing my lunch hour.

I90 bridge in Seattle closing down for 15 days... I really shouldn't whine when Chinden or State in Boise is a bit busted up.
What's MacLife Boise's return policy like? Could I return for refund b/c I didn't like how Win 7 ran on the hardware?
@cwbrandsma IE's got no excuse on JS perf. Supporting emerging standards is shaky ground, but you know my thoughts on that *IE+webkit cough*

@TimMerrick But it turned out I needed to search for the (popular) question, not the (vague) subject of the question.
@TimMerrick I bet if I asked on Twitter I'd get my answer. I think I follow a few friendly neighborhood reference librarians.
Boise summer mornings smell like flowers & river. Wonderful, & it makes up for the winter smell. #fb
Web search has got a long way to go. I can't find anything this morning.
@philoking Cool, I'm switching to that. You still at the UX conference?
