All depends on the effective accuracy of pedometer and polysomnograph-like measurements. People overestimate their exercise and underestimate their caloric intake when asked to journal. There's a picture around somewhere of what the site looks like in use - gives you: a breakdown of time spent sedentary, slightly active, very active; length of sleep and number of times woken up; calorie expenditure, intake and remaining. Stuff like that. - Alexander Carlill
