There are a lot of jobs on company sites that never make it to job portals - they dont need to. So it is worth having a sniff around any company site that you end up on (for any reason). I do, rarely find anything that I'd like to do (or if I would, unlikely I'd get it as someone who is not conform enough) - but then why not share with people whose needs and wants might be different? I've even shared links to jobs I applied to!

Thank you very much, Joelle. I used to check places like the National Trust for any voluntary work.
- Kol Tregaskes
Well you could get a summer job or a fairly senior IT job there now - it never occurs to me to check the companies and institutions I use for jobs, but what better interview entry point than "I am already a passionate user/client/member..."
