In fact our Brazilian and Canadian accounts are growing rapidly too – and it was Canadian tweeters who asked to make sure Dell Canada came online to Twitter. Dell Canada responded because the team heard our customers. In less than a year, @DellnoBrasil has already generated nearly $800,000 in product revenues. The public relations discipline is changing. Social media and the complexity of our lives are conspiring to alter the job and its relevance to business. If PR evolves based upon these pressures, it will become one of the most important contributors to the health and growth of business. If we do not step up, PR may become a tactical trade applied as an embellishment to the complex marketing programs of tomorrow. Our path will largely be determined by how we tackle two big phenomena: social media and complexity

The reason that people are down on controllers is simple. They are complicated, unnatural, and not at all intuitive. If you don’t want to take my word for it, just ask legendary film director and closet gaming geek Steven Spielberg. He thinks controllers are “intimidating” and that they are the main barrier preventing people from getting into gaming. For marketers, controller-less gaming is good news.

Burcu - dear friend...I will always smile when I think of our conversations and attempts to sort things out in our friend's lives or family. It was nice to meet someone who thinks more than less like you do. Still makes me laugh when I think of how much she insists on saying "I am not romantic" and I say the same thing but we know that's not entirely true. At least I can take God for pink that we both wear. The fact that I had a sleepover and got to meet her grandmother was very special to me. She is such an adorable lady that I have a lot to learn from. Thank God for that too.
