Alex: massive, and unfortunately temporary. It was massive because we got an incredible deal b/c they wanted someone to fill the space for 10 months, so they gave us a very good rate on the space. Our new space is more permanent (2 year lease). @sebmos: not expensive at all, thankfully :)
