That sounds like my fpow - there were a bunch of retirements and several new jobs within a 12-18 month period

these folks aren't, generally, retiring. And they're definitely not being replaced.

Nor were there plans to replace at fpow. They did, ultimately, hire 6 librarians last fall (about half of the number that left, iirc), but that was very surprising to me.

if it helps for context, the main 3 libraries now have 9 librarians. the health sciences library on campus (doesn't report to same ul) also has 7 librarians.
