I really like this one. It's like a combination of the built-in WinXP Task Manager and Sysinternals' Process Explorer.

It also seems to show the origin of processes, as to which program started a particular process so you can quickly also find which resources are being occupied by which resources. Something like exedb integration would've been better to know about the origins of unknown processes.
