This line: "Veteran players have years of experience. We're schooled in the way games work. It's as if we have learned a new man-made language, like Esperanto." ..is a perfectly articulated way of explaining to my Super Mario Galaxy playing girlfriend how I can just 'do things' whereas she herself finds them quite hard... It's not that you're no good, not at all - but is LITERALLY like a second language.

"Nicely done. I've encountered these guys before (just trying to remember where). But, the real reason for commenting, I also really really like your opening paragraph. Well articulated and a warm truth we should all celebrate."

I think this is a sad day, the store itself (to me at least) was never about sales, more about a flagship / figurehead. A presence if you will; "We're here and this is who we are." Sad times.

First this post irked me by not linking to the original source re: Maemo vs Symbian (nb: It was @reallymobile that broke the story, not @mashable... Then, second, on continued reading - it irked me even more just by being poorly written, poorly researched and far to generalised. TC can do better.

BluePhone Elite is great, but I emailed them last week and it transpires they're not working on a Maemo version. Bad news for us N900 owners...

As the note says, I did this whole post from the N900 thanks to one of the cool Maemo apps...I think this one is called MaStory. It rocks. Blogging on the move... Properly.

"I am thankful that somewhere, in some other part of the world, there is a day dedicated to giving thanks. Being polite and well-mannered costs nothing and I'm thankful for those that are."

Shared because a) I love Molly's blog and I don't think I've shared any of her posts yet and b) If you're in Shoreditch tomorrow night, get yourself along to the FREE launch of Operation Concrete.
