As someone suffering from the tail end of a flu, it was the assistance of a friend that made me feel better. Her visit did wonders for me. She brought my fresh lavender to place in the room. And made the tim ferriss concoction boil lemon rinds and ginger and drink it. A little bitter, but I think it did work. Aside from staying hydrated, I tripled up on super b and c vitamins.
