How hard is it to learn a DVORAK keyboard? Is it difficult switching back-and-forth to a QWERTY keyboard?

I got quite fast at Dvorak a while back, but it is very hard switching between them - your speed will slow to a crawl for a while. Best to stick with one or the other. The only reason I switched back to QWERTY was every time I went to a client to complete research, they had QWERTY keyboards so if you were used to DVORAK you suddenly type like a monkey and look very foolish ;)
