Found out my Godfather from Brooklyn who I haven't seen in 7years drank himself to death in a condo in WestPalmBeach. He had bad depression.
My condolences... these things are never easy to deal with, but they do serve as a reminder to hug people while you can, and to say 'I love you' as often as possible.

Advil to reduce the inflamation and switch between ice 20mins and then heat 20mins. Do not sleep on your stomach!
