What is half-and-half? Looking at http://cloverstornetta.com is see it is milk&cream. It looks like their cows are Holsteins, so you may be drinking milk with the good A2 protein. - sebe
I get 1/2 gal when quarts are sold out. With ultra-pasteurization, the expiration date gives plenty of time to finish it. - dthree

@Moose - the milk industry is a heavily controlled vertical. Perhaps what Leo means is:: as demand for milk drops, farmers are left sitting on a lot of milk, that they sell by the pound, (hundreds at a time), and when this milk keeps coming out of the cows, they can either sell it, or dump it, or option 3 looks like they're forced to give you more. Without govt farm subsidy though, there'd be not a single farmer in america. the food industry has become ruthless enough they'd all go belly up. - Omar
@talktomeguy ..someday Leo you gotta have the Double Breve at the Marin Civic Center Farmer's Market ! It's ---- Oh yeah ...That's what I'm talking about ! This is a good reason for monster half and half's. - TalkToMeGuy
