@SquirliusCaesar just search for "gadget station" or look under the project videos section.
Ok i decided to go for 1/4" mdf. Hard for Home Depot to screw that up, although I am sure they can figure out a way. :)

@Torch02 Oh yeah. I have used as thin as 1/8" before, although that's a little thin for my taste. So I usually use 1/4".
@treefrogfurnitu Happy B-day home skillet!
@Torch02 1/4" for templates.
Off to get plywood from Home Depot. Don't worry, its just template material. ;)
@lyonsdigital not that i can think of. Seems to be more efficient.
@SplinteredBoard that voice never seems to enter my head. ;)
@lyonsdigital i like hollowing first. More support for the router
@lyonsdigital whoah! how'd you do that?
@lyonsdigital batchin' 'em out baby!! ;) Nice.
@woodnbits yeah the pop wwing version is the one I learned from Darrell Peart. Much nicer results in my opinion.
@woodnbits cool. Also covered it at pop wwing and in the Guild. Will send links when i get home.

@GarageWW well, that's cause it is so much smaller, lol. Can't build new until the old house sells.
@yucatandan Finally! just what I've been waiting for! lol
Its a lonely Friday night when @nicolespag is out of town. Guess I'll go serve up the pain in MW2.
