Highly recommended. And surprising (to me, anyhow) how many media orgs still don't get it. - Alan Mairson
The web is hyperlinks, hyperlinks are the web. Seems obvious to me. - Jack (a.k.a. Jeber)
Beyond hyperlinks, the semantic web is built from the relationships between objects or people. Links are like the connective tissue that substantiates or reifies these relationships. Great clip! - Piers Hollott

twitter: squashing the notion that celebrities lead more interesting lives than you do since 2006.
which celebrities do you follow? I think I'm down to Diddy (and I don't know why), talib kweli, erykah badu, and writers I like. - Jason Toney
I've been wondering, how come Badu's account is private? Seems like she approves everyone. So interesting to me, that. Anybody have any idea? :) - pea
i follow the CNN crew (TJ Holmes and Don Lemon) + juju chang (ABC news reporter) and rebecca lobo. i followed diddy for like a day, and sometimes i check on shaq. rebecca's tweet is what inspired this one. something about covering the CT game and lobster in the press room while her hubby is eating PB&J at home for father's day. so mundane. - tiffany
I follow Shaq, Questlove, Badu, Talib, Jean Grae, Lala, Xzibit, DJ Quik and a whole bunch of others I can't remember to name right now. Mostly hip hop people and some sports figures. - DO ANYBODY NO MONIQUE
I've got Badu, Ashton, Mayer, Kevin Smith, Jennifer Weiner, Jen Lancaster, Michael Ausiello. I'm pretty fickle with the famous folks I follow. Tend to only follow for a week or two before I get bored. These seem to have lasted for quite a while though. - pea
I've got the Star Trek TNG guys (they're all really entertaining people). I also have Alyssa Milano because she's great for baseball talk. Of course I have the major journos as well. - Jared Smith
I don't go looking for them to add, I have Diddy and Kim Kardashian only because they subscribed to me. lol yet my block list would be bigger..... - Zehnchu
I follow the TNG guys and Hammer. - MiniMage TKDteacher of FF
Vernon Reid is the only celebrity I follow actively. He's also the only one who answers back. - cecily
Love Vernon Reid! What's his twitter handle? - Josh Haley
I will say that I find Sasha Frere-Jones (of the New Yorker), Farai Chideya (formerly of NPR), and Rebecca Walker (author/essayist, estranged daughter of Alice Walker) to be interesting twitter people. MC Hammer is pretty good, too. He just has a tendency to tweet too much. - Jason Toney

Re: Kindlecasting and A Kindle Catcher: A Propsal - http://seanreiser.com/content...
"I have a Kindle but I have to admit I have not used it yet. It sits there doing nothing and I can't figure out what I'm waiting for, but I always seem to have something else I'd rather pick up and read or watch. This might be it -- if I understood how to get content off my desktop and onto the Kindle and then onto its screen. A howto for that would help me figure it out. BTW, my name only has one "e" in it. :-)" - Dave Winer
