Went to see a house today that I really really liked. Bummer our pre-approval isn't ready or we might have put an actual bid on it!

That would be awesome, but the market is sooooo competitive around here. It seems like Sale Pending signs are up 4 days after the Open Houses. At least I know that it's possible to find a house that has what we're looking for!!!

Same here in Sunnyvale, but there are a few that take a week or two so maybe you will get lucky. I have my fingers crossed for you! :)
