Would it be possible to include the eigenfactor information explicitly in the output?

yes I was thinking about inserting a new node <eigenfactor> but, minor problem, the XML won't follow the DTD

Bill, I've added an argument in the command-line '-s' will add the score after the <MedlineJournalInfo><Country>England</Co untry><MedlineTA>Nature</MedlineTA><NlmUniqueID>0410462</NlmUniqueID><Score>1.9917</Score></MedlineJournalInfo>, the Jar file is updated

Kay found a bug in the data set: articles without ISSN had a hight impact (http://plindenbaum.blogspot.com/2008... ) . I've updated the data at IBM and the java jar
