Leaving NC right before a winter storm and heading to Chicago for my Semester break in the morning.
If you don't know, as of today, Facebook will automatically index all your info on Google, which allows everyone to view it. To change this option, go to Settings --> Privacy Settings --> Search --> then UN-CLICK the box that says 'Allow indexing'. Facebook kept this one quiet. Copy and paste onto your status for all your friends ASAP.

Tomorrow, Facebook will start using your photos in ads that will appear on the profile page of your contacts. If you want to prevent this from happening, do the following: Settings => Privacy Settings=> News Feed and Wall => Facebook Ads => Choose "No one" and save changes. Scroll down and do again.

B.R.I.D.E., the LGBT group on campus that I advise, will be receiving a $2,000 grant today from the Guildford Green Foundation for our first LGBT Forum Series at Bennett College for Women!
