If "still" is that emphasised I think it means "I know you failed utterly/did something really wrong/not that as many others but you're the best I can get now". As I understand love it's unconditional and absolute. There shouldn't be any implicit of hidden conditions that influence the magnitude of the feeling but stating "still love" is just that. Sorry if my point is not clear.
