I admire Carter a great deal. He made some mistakes but if this country had continued in the direction Carter set us on, we'd be #1 in solar power right now instead of Germany/China (and have the manufacturing jobs that would bring), we would have spent tax dollars on education and infrastructure instead of several wars in the Middle East. - Spidra Webster
