Zulema ❧ spicy cocoa tart
This is how my nail polish arrived broken and I just sent the photo to Amazon using their "Packaging Feedback" form.

I had similar, they packaged a 12 pound item with my plastic bread containers and no protection in box. Needless to say the plastic containers were cracked.

Oh shit. they really did a number with this one. I have been very fortunate that I've not had a packaging mishap with Amazon yet, which is kind of awesome considering the sheer volume of purchases I've done with them for 15 years. Holy crap, when they packaging fail, they seriously packaging FAIL.
